This Autumn, it’s time to commit, sweat, and transform with our 15- and 30-Day Challenge at The Good Rooms. Whether you’re looking to build consistency, boost your strength, or reconnect with your practice, this Challenge is designed to push you – while keeping it fun and rewarding.
And this year, we’re doing things a little differently…

We won’t be running a social media competition this year, but every Challenger who completes either a 15- or 30-Day Challenge will earn a reward.
Complete your Challenge and choose between a branded TGR Bag or a Sweat Towel!
Challenge start dates
You can begin your Challenge any time between Monday 22 September and Tuesday 30 September.
This timing gives you the chance to complete your Challenge before the half term break.
Rules of engagement:
- 15-Day Challenge: 15 classes in 15–17 days
- 30-Day Challenge: 30 classes in 30–35 days
- You must attend at least 5 yoga and 5 Pilates classes
- Mark your progress on the studio Challenge Board
- No shortcuts: 15-day and 30-day Challenges must take at least 15 or 30 days to complete
- Spaces are limited to X participants.
The Challenge Board will be up one week before the start date – just enough time to get motivated!
