Now, we’re taking it to the next level. Starting Friday 5 September, we’re adding DHP (KG) to our schedule: Dynamic Hot Pilates with weights.

What makes DHP (KG) different?

By incorporating light dumbbells, DHP (KG) enhances strength training while staying true to Pilates’ core-focused foundations. These weighted movements will:

Whether you’re looking to level up your fitness or simply try something new, this class is designed to help you feel stronger from the inside out.

Who can join DHP (KG)?

This class is suitable for all levels, but only instructors with advanced training are certified to teach it. To ensure safety and proper guidance, we’ll start by adding just a handful of these classes to our weekly schedule.

Your Safety Comes First

Weights bring extra power to your workout but also require mindful technique. Our teachers will provide clear instructions and adjustments throughout class, and we ask that you follow their guidance for a safe, effective experience.

  • Duration: 55 minutes
  • Final 5 minutes: Dedicated to savasana and safe storage of weights
  • Important: Please plan to stay for the full duration of class
