Sunday 22 March 2026 – Spring Equinox Sound Bath
The Spring Equinox marks a moment of perfect balance when day and night stand equal, symbolising harmony between light and dark, the inner and outer worlds. As nature awakens and the seeds we planted during Imbolc push through the soil, we gather in sacred-ceremony with heart-opening cacao to honour this threshold of transformation.
Through the healing vibrations of sound, we soften the old patterns that have bound us and invite in the expansiveness of our becoming. This equinox calls us to find our own centre and step forward with renewed vitality into the brighter half of the year.

Immersions and Workshops Cancellation Policy
NB – Please note that our Immersions and Workshops, unlike our classes, have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Our classes can be cancelled without any late cancellation penalty if the class booking is cancelled with more than two hours to go before the class starts. Our Immersions and Workshops must be cancelled more than 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund.
