I love visiting good rooms, it’s the highlight of my week by far! The instructors are so knowledgable, the flows are great and the commitment in the room keeps you going! Always recommending to my friends 💗

When I started at The Good Rooms, I had two bulging discs and was totally out of shape. I honestly thought I wouldn’t be able to keep up! But the teachers are amazing, so supportive, motivating, and full of positive energy. Three months later, I’m going at least four times a week and feel stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever. I can’t recommend it enough to anyone who wants to focus on themselves and feel great again.

Absolutely love the Good Rooms in Muswell Hill and will miss having it on my doorstep. If you're looking for a great welcoming space, with fantastic yoga and pilates, you've come to the right place.

The Good Rooms is my haven; where I go too, to feel welcomed and safe.I spend a lot of time there, as it really helps with my mental health and general wellbeing. I have experienced a lot of grief in my life recently and the Good Rooms has helped me to shape my life and stay positive and strong. The teachers are so inspiring, and you feel like they really care about you being there. So it’s my home from home, my go to place. Everybody knows your name, it’s a happy space. I’ve been a member for many years now and hope to have more years to come. The good rooms, is my space, and it’s definitely a place for anyone to try out!! Thank you all…..

Absolutely brilliant. There's a fantastic breadth to the classes, from more traditional yoga to high intensity pilates ( I didn't even know this existed before I joined) through to calming more meditative sessions. The instructors are great, really friendly, as well as helping you to get the most for your workout.
Booking is easy and you don't need to book weeks in advance to get on popular classes ( unlike the gym I used to go to).
I can't recommend enough, I did the 15 day trial which was a fantastic introduction and now I've got into a great routine. Thank you so much Good Rooms
