Ana Wood

Over a decade ago, Ana discovered Bikram yoga while recovering from a prolapsed disc. After a discectomy, yoga became a cornerstone of her healing journey, helping her develop the strength, flexibility, and resilience to thrive. For the past ten years, she’s been honoured to teach Original hot yoga classes, and for the past five years, she has taught Dynamic Hot Pilates. In addition to teaching, Ana is passionate about endurance sports. She has completed numerous triathlons, including a full Iron Man and an ultra marathon. These pursuits not only challenge her but also deepen her understanding of the body’s capabilities, complementing her teaching practice.

Fiona Allen

Krzysztof Grabowski

Working in IT in the mid 2000’s, Matthew lived the typical fast-paced London lifestyle. Like many in their 20’s, his idea of stress relief was partying hard. Then, in 2007, dragged by a friend to his first hot yoga class he realised he needed to improve his health. People in their 60’s and 70’s in the class were holding postures with ease that he couldn’t manage for more than a few seconds. It was humbling, but something clicked. His increasing interest in yoga led him to India for two-month long residential Teacher Training programs.  Those months remain some of the most inspiring and life-changing of his life.

Melanie Fismer

My journey with yoga began in 2011, when – aged 16 – my mother lovingly “dragged” me to my first class. What I thought would be a one-off turned into the beginning of a lifelong practice of returning to myself. Over the years, my relationship with yoga has shifted and evolved – meeting me exactly where I am, exactly when I need it. In 2016, I completed my first teacher training in Hatha/Sivananda yoga. My intention was not to teach, but to deepen my own understanding. Still, a quiet voice in the back of my mind kept replaying my teacher’s words: “Not all will teach, but you must.”

Since then, my love for learning has taken me through countless hours of training in Hot Yoga (Bikram Method), Yin, Rocket, and Mandala. Today, teaching is not just my career – it is my passion and my life’s work. I guide my students with playfulness and curiosity, creating space for them to explore both movement and stillness. My hope is that, even if only for a fleeting moment, you feel that sense of presence – that tiny glimmer is all you need to begin.
