Matthew Burnett
Working in IT in the mid 2000’s, Matthew lived the typical fast-paced London lifestyle. Like many in their 20’s, his idea of stress relief was partying hard. Then, in 2007, dragged by a friend to his first hot yoga class he realised he needed to improve his health. People in their 60’s and 70’s in the class were holding postures with ease that he couldn’t manage for more than a few seconds. It was humbling, but something clicked. His increasing interest in yoga led him to India for two-month long residential Teacher Training programs. Those months remain some of the most inspiring and life-changing of his life.
Upon returning to London, he trained in Hot Yoga with Fierce Grace and went on to teach with them for several years. Since then he has also started teaching Dynamic Hot Pilates. His classes are fun, his instructions are clear for newcomers and regular practitioners alike. He loves teaching more than ever. Matthew has taught in Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, Italy, and all over the UK in studios, gyms, festivals, and events. Every class, every student, every step of the journey continues to teach him something new.

Natasha Junor
My journey with yoga began in 2011, when – aged 16 – my mother lovingly “dragged” me to my first class. What I thought would be a one-off turned into the beginning of a lifelong practice of returning to myself. Over the years, my relationship with yoga has shifted and evolved – meeting me exactly where I am, exactly when I need it. In 2016, I completed my first teacher training in Hatha/Sivananda yoga. My intention was not to teach, but to deepen my own understanding. Still, a quiet voice in the back of my mind kept replaying my teacher’s words: “Not all will teach, but you must.”
Since then, my love for learning has taken me through countless hours of training in Hot Yoga (Bikram Method), Yin, Rocket, and Mandala. Today, teaching is not just my career – it is my passion and my life’s work. I guide my students with playfulness and curiosity, creating space for them to explore both movement and stillness. My hope is that, even if only for a fleeting moment, you feel that sense of presence – that tiny glimmer is all you need to begin.

Rebecca Rodden
Rebecca has ‘done’ yoga all of her life. She did not discover it until she had her children. Rebecca was the person who would skip out of class before Savasana. Burnt out and disillusioned from life in the corporate world and constantly juggling, yoga has been Rebecca’s salvation. She gets a buzz sharing in such an uplifting experience. For Rebecca, yoga is about the balance between strength and flexibility, exertion, and releasing. So, her classes combine both strength and mobility work in a dynamic, Vinyasa Flow style to calm your mind and boost your mood. Expect to move, sweat, and breathe.
Rebecca teaches and practices Pilates for its foundations in core strength. She wants everybody to experience the power of a strong core, it is a game changer for your posture, yoga practice, but also in daily life. To complement this, Rebecca moves to a slower based restorative class where you hold poses for longer, working into the fascia and grounding by connecting to the breath. You will leave feeling both physically and energetically uplifted.
