This International Day of Yoga, we take a moment to honour a practice that has been bringing people together for thousands of years – a practice of movement, breath, mindfulness and connection.
Yoga is at the heart of our community. Whether you first stepped onto the mat with us years ago or have only recently discovered the joy of a yoga practice, we value deeply the way yoga gives us time to slow down, check in with ourselves, and take a break from the pace of everyday life.
International Day of Yoga is a celebration of the many forms yoga can take. From a dynamic flow that leaves us feeling energised, to a gentle restorative practice that helps us rest and reset, every moment spent on the mat is an opportunity to cultivate awareness and wellbeing.
As we celebrate this special day, we are incredibly grateful for our wonderful teachers who share their knowledge, warmth and care, and for our community who make The Good Rooms such a welcoming and supportive space.
