Spring is the perfect time to refresh your routine and build momentum in your practice. Our 15- and 30-Day Challenge is here to help you stay consistent, feel stronger, and make time for movement.
Whether you’re looking to create a new habit, deepen your practice, or simply challenge yourself in a supportive environment, this is your chance to commit – with plenty of motivation (and rewards) along the way!

Every Challenger who completes either a 15- or 30-Day Challenge will earn a reward. Complete your Challenge and choose between a branded TGR Tote Bag or a Sweat Towel!
Challenge start dates
You can begin your Challenge any time between Monday 13 April and Monday 20 April.
Rules of engagement:
- 15-Day Challenge: 15 classes in 15–17 days
- 30-Day Challenge: 30 classes in 30–35 days
- You must attend at least 5 yoga and 5 Pilates classes
- Mark your progress on the studio Challenge Board
- No shortcuts: 15-day and 30-day Challenges must take at least 15 or 30 days to complete
- Spaces are limited!
The Challenge Board is up in the studio reception now so you can commit to starting your Challenge by adding your name to the Board next time you are in the studio!
