Your commitment and enthusiasm for Pilates at The Good Rooms have been amazing, and we’re excited to keep up with your momentum. To make it easier for you to stay consistent and enjoy more of the classes you love, we’ve added more Pilates classes to our timetable.
Less than a month since we launched DHP (KG), and the response has been incredible! With classes filling up so quickly, we’ve been overjoyed at how quickly this class has resonated with you.

Dynamic Hot Pilates (DHP) combines the precision of Pilates with the intensity of high-energy training to deliver a powerful, sweat-drenched workout. By incorporating light dumbbells, DHP (KG) enhances strength training while staying true to Pilates’ core-focused foundations. These weighted movements will:

  • Help you build lean muscle
  • Boost endurance
  • Add a challenging and empowering edge to your practice.

Due to such popular demand, a fourth DHP (KG) class has been added to our Saturday schedule starting from 4 October! Don’t miss Rachael Lowe at 12:45 pm.

DHP (KG) is also available on:
Sundays at 9:15am with Sharon Long
Tuesdays at 5:15pm with Ana Wood
Fridays at 1pm with Fiona Allen
