heat. weights. precision: a new kind of Pilates
At the good rooms, our Pilates classes have been designed around heat, control, and intelligent strength. Our approach blends traditional Pilates principles with a dynamic edge: a heated studio environment and the incorporation of weights. It’s where focused movement meets intensity.
the power of a heated room
Practising Pilates in a warm space changes how your body responds as the heat encourages deeper muscle engagement without forcing range, improved flexibility as tissues become more pliable, circulation and recovery, helping you move more efficiently, and over time, a greater sense of focus and presence that comes more naturally.
Pilates with weights
Last year, we introduced a new iteration of our popular Dynamic Hot Pilates class, building on classical Pilates by incorporating light to moderate weights – DHP (KG).
Weights are used with intention with every movement rooted in alignment, breath, and control – the foundation of Pilates This subtle shift creates a powerful result:
- Strength + control – resistance challenges stability
- Sculpted, functional muscle – less bulk, more definition
- Elevated heart rate – a low-impact workout that still feels dynamic
- Full-body integration – arms, core, and lower body working together
who’s it for
If you’e new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, this method meets you where you are. Anyone seeking a low-impact, high-result workout will feel the difference with a consistent practice. Beginners benefit from guided, controlled movement and regulars experience a new level of intensity.
