Luke Millen
Luke aims to work with patients through structural hands-on techniques, as well as exercise and lifestyle advice in order to encourage the body to reach a state of structural health, and in turn allow the restoration of its function.
“I believe Osteopathy is a treatment like no other, it changed my life and inspired me to do the same for others,” he says.
Luke endeavours to make sure his care extends outside of the treatment room, whether it is advice on important lifestyle adjustments that could benefit his patient’s health or specific exercises to ensure that his treatment is well complimented during the time between appointments.

Diane White
Amatsu is a soft tissue therapy that originates from Japan. Amatsu therapy involves using gentle movements to correct imbalances in the body, and therefore reduce / alleviate pain, stress and tension.
Diane uses Amatsu to address the underlying causes of pain or discomfort. Once the location of the issue is identified, she makes corrections with minimal intervention. Amatsu is not invasive and is gentle.
Regular Amatsu therapy can also be an effective way of supporting good health, functionality and quality of life, that almost anyone can benefit from.
-Are you feeling tired and stressed and struggling to sleep at night?
–Do you feel pain and discomfort in your muscles and joints that won’t go away?
-Are you experiencing hormonal fluctuations, hot flushes, irritability and mood swings?
-Are you juggling competing demands and struggling to devote to your own well-being?
-Would you like to have more energy, vitality, strengthen your body and get more from your exercise?
If this sounds like you then Diane can help. As an Amatsu practitioner Diane can provide a calming space to support your hormonal changes and allow your body to re-balance and heal itself.
Diane completed her training at the Amatsu Training School where she qualified in 2019. She decided to become a practitioner after experiencing the benefits of Amatsu for herself while struggling with severe pain that caused her emotional stress and restricted her movements. This was complicated by menopausal symptoms that made it difficult for her to sleep and allow my body the time and space to heal.
She is now happily pain free and enjoying a much improved quality of life. She is excited to offer Amatsu therapy to those of you experiencing menopausal and peri menopausal symptoms who would benefit from personal and tailored support.
